Meet Lensa Badaso

Lensa Badaso is based in Alberta after spending her early years in Toronto. She is the founder of Care for All Home, a home service care provider, and an active advocate within the East African community. Her work focuses on senior care and supporting children with autism, with hands-on experience volunteering in senior homes, residential care settings, and dementia care facilities.

She became deeply involved in autism awareness after recognizing the growing number of African children diagnosed and the lack of parental education and support. This led her to focus on community outreach and family education. Lensa also completed specialized dementia training, including Train-the-Trainer certification, to strengthen awareness and caregiver capacity. She continues her community engagement work while integrating her passion for interior design and event planning into meaningful, people-focused home service and community experiences.
